Filipino roads are horrible

Today I received a comment that the potholes in Montreal are horrible. I told this person that he should see the roads on certain streets in the Philippines. I remember that in Lapu-lapu in Mactan Island has some real bad intersections. There was one intersection where I felt that were on a roller coaster! If you were on a scooter you could just evade the holes and mountains of dirt. However, if you are in a jeepney or by car...prepare to have a cushion above your head. So many occasions that I bumped my head in the jeepney. It is not as bad if you are in a car, but a jeepney should provide cushions for our heads when we pass on that intersection. It was always funny after we passed it though.
