Manila or Cebu?

Many know that Anna Lou is a dentist and she wanted to learn more about her profession before she would come to Canada. She made the decision to go to Manila to be with her aunt. Her aunt has a dental clinic that is quite busy most of the time. We talked about the issue of her going to Manila on several occasions. It is a well known fact that Manila is a much more dangerous place than Cebu; Stabbings, rapping's, thefts, etc. So my concern was more confounded on her safety than the fact that she wanted to learn as much as possible. I mostly realize now that she was right to go to Manila. I feel that she has become a better dentist than she was before. Not to say that she was not good before! By all means, she his a great dentist and has even worked on my teeth. I do at time think of her safety as she is my wife and I am not there to protect her against anything at all. I know that she is doing fine work at the clinic, but has been doing long hours at a not deserved pay. Well the pay is what it is in the Philippines, but when she will do her dentistry here she will make the money that she deserves to make.
