If you are ever in Cebu, you should visit Tops mountain. It is even better if you are a couple or married! It has a great view of Cebu city and the surroundings. When night time comes, you can see where people have lights and those that do. Just another different economic class that is visible from above. One special spot would be this bell here. You can ring it once for good luck, twice for love, three times lasting love and four times to make everyone know that your love is forever! We rang it four times as we believe that marriage is forever and our love shall be ever lasting over the years. We had a good time up and I recommend that you all go there as a couple.

that's one of the reason i'd never visit Tops after 3 years with my family for a simple reason of the two words reason " couple or married"..:D i'd never knew when can i go up on that top again*wink* kidding!:)
had you ever tried mountain view? before reaching tops! i often drove there!:)
